Mindfulness in Ballarat
Join me for a six week mindfulness course in Ballarat, starting on May 24, 2018.
Classes will be held on Thursdays at The Healthy Hub Wellness Centre, in the Bridge Mall (next to Skin, Ski and Surf).
The course fee is $350 ($299 early bird, before May 7).
We will run a morning session (9:30-11) and an evening session (6:00-7:30) each Thursday.
Select "Mindfulness Term 2 - Ballarat" (am or pm - this can be changed at any point) to reserve your place and pay.
Note: The 'Mindfulness Follow-up' classes are casual sessions for those who have already completed the course. For those wanting to have a taste of the course before committing, you are welcome to sign up to the follow up sessions.
Laura's mindfulness course is designed to help you become present and relax into your life.
In each weekly session, you will:
- be guided through the science of mindfulness
- learn to meditate effectively
- learn tools and techniques to reduce stress and reactivity
- learn to communicate mindfully
- receive meditation recordings to use at home
